My name is Elena Cherneva and I am working as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer, based in London, UK.

To create Web sites I use modern technologies and software products, such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScript. I can also work on more complicated Web based Applications, which are built with PHP and JAVA technologies. Part of my job is to create web sites that comply with the latest Web Standards and Accessability issues.

I am passionate about creating websites - from the first draft until the cross browser testing. I have a masters degree in Computer Science and can create web pages that are user friendly, visually stimulating, effective and easy to navigate.
